Common Grounds of Fair Franchising in Hotel/Motel Franchise Owner, Investor, and Management Structure

Sharma Law Group works closely with hotel/motel developers and entrepreneurs to determine: Ownership structure between equity participants and prepare shareholder, operating, and unit investor agreements for a new construction or conversion of an existing hotel/motel as a franchise facility requiring a review of franchise agreement to incorporate the Common Grounds of Fair Franchising.
