Mr. Sharma has developed a specialized knowledge and experience over the past thirty (30) years to represent Franchisees in general and Hotel/Motel owners in particular. His major portion of practice is dedicated to negotiating Purchase /Sale agreements of Hotel/Motel and the Franchise Agreements with all Brands of major Franchisors. He helps in drafting and reviewing the Franchise Agreements. His education in commerce and accounting in addition to law gives him an in-depth understanding of day-to-day business management, qualifying him for the rigorous documentation for the due diligence required to construct, convert, acquire hotel/motel, real estate, business and franchise ownership He helps businesses in formulating a strategic action plan for project development, ownership structure, operation and its management. He has successfully represented several hotel owners in post-termination issues of unpaid fees, trade mark infringement, and liquidated damages.
